Account data: name, email, role, profile details such as niches, skills and platforms, and brand company details.

Platform data: connected social accounts, post links and view statistics read through official APIs, and tracked clicks and sales.

3. Why we use it

To run the marketplace, verify views, calculate earnings, prevent fraud, process payouts, answer support requests and meet legal obligations.

4. Legal bases

Performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interest in preventing fraud and improving ClickCash, your consent where we ask for it, and legal obligations such as accounting.

5. Sharing

Brands see the profile and results of creators who work on their campaigns. We use service providers for hosting, database and authentication (for example Vercel and Supabase). We do not sell personal data.

6. Retention

We keep account data while your account is open and delete or anonymise it after closure, except records we must keep by law [retention periods to be confirmed].

7. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to processing and complain to a data protection authority. You can export or delete your account from your account settings or via the data deletion page.
