Terms of Service

1. Who we are

ClickCash is operated by ELYON PREMIUM GROUP LTD, EIK 208843872, ul. Pere Toshev 12, 2850 Petrich, Bulgaria ("we"). These terms apply to everyone who uses clickcash.si.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, give accurate information and keep your login secure. One person or company per account.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law.

3. Campaigns and briefs

Brands publish campaigns with a budget, rates, rules and a brief. Brands are responsible for their products, claims and the assets they share.

4. Creator content

Creators post content on their own channels and keep ownership of it. By submitting a video to a campaign you grant the brand the rights described in that campaign's brief.

Content must follow the brief, platform rules and the law, including clear advertising disclosure.

5. Views, tracking and fraud

Earnings are based on views read from connected accounts and on tracked sales. Fake views, bots, purchased engagement or manipulated links lead to voided earnings and account closure.

6. Fees and payments

Brands fund campaigns by bank transfer. A platform fee, shown before publishing, is added on top of the budget.

Creator earnings stay pending during a review and hold period. Approved earnings are paid manually by bank transfer. Removed posts before the end of the hold period void their pending earnings.

7. Liability

ClickCash is provided as is. Our liability is limited to the extent allowed by law [cap to be confirmed by our lawyer].

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will show the new date on this page. You can close your account at any time from your account settings.

9. Governing law and contact
